Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet service to your specified UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
All medication is dispensed and packaged in compliance with pharmaceutical standards to ensure product integrity during transit.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your prescription is declined by our prescriber, a full refund of any amount paid will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
